Hydration packs are a relatively new invention; they are a versatile and pioneering alternative to the normal means of hydration. Hydration packs are ideal for active use and are a safe and practical option.
How they work
A hydration pack is essentially a bladder, which because of its design can hold considerably more than your usual bottle or flask. The bladder is placed within your rucksack or backpack; in fact, many of the rucksacks that we sell include a handy section to store your hydration pack with a hole to allow the drinking tube to pass through. To drink from the hydration pack you simply bite on the end of the drinking tube and suck to allow the water to flow through.
