Lightweight and easy to transport
The Apex patterned sleeping bag is relatively lightweight; making it easy to transport around with you. Either clip it on to your rucksack or tie it in underneath for even easier transportation. Weighing in at just 1.6kg; it is quite light, yet still warm and comfortable. The Apex can easily be folded up and squeezed into its bag then tightened according to whichever size is easiest to carry by the adjustable straps. An inner pocket in the sleeping bag allows you to store your valuables in and keep them quite literally, close to your chest!
Care instructions:
Keep it dry – keeping the sleeping bag in a waterproof outer bag when not in use and keep away from drinks or wet grass when camping.
Air the bag. Whilst in use, it is advisable to air your sleeping bag every morning for ten minutes.
Line your sleeping bag with a bed sheet before you sleep in it. This will absorb perspiration and prevent body oils from damaging it. After camping the sheet can be pulled out and washed.
Store the bag properly. Try to place the bag in the stuff sack randomly, which randomizes the folds and creases so flat spots aren't created.
Store a clean and dry sleeping bag. A dirty and/or damp sleeping bag encourages possible bacterial or mould growth and can attract pests.
Follow the instructions on the label of the washing liquid and on the label of your sleeping bag before washing it.
