When you're off backpacking you literally carry your world on your shoulders. Everything you need for your travels is contained within your trusty pack. Whether it's a day pack for touring the sites, or a large capacity rucksack for a gap year we have a wide range of great value bags.
Day Packs
Equally at home on a bike touring the sites or walking through the countryside. Choose from our selection of comfortable packs with sections for sandwiches, camera water, a jacket, phone and guidebook. You'll also find features such as space for a hydration system, raincover and air systems to keep your back cool and dry.
Backpacks
Selecting a backpack is a more specialised affair for which you need to consider the capacity of the bag, and your size. It's tempting to take half your wardrobe when you go away on a long trip. You'd be surprised at how little you actually need. If you're having trouble cutting back it's a good idea to lay out what you think you need on a bed or on the floor - and halve it. A smaller backpack for example between 12- 25 litres is ideal for light travelling, but if you're going for longer, you might want to look at a larger style rucksack.
The other point to consider is how tall you are. All of packs are adjustable, but we also sell bags with longer backs for the taller among you. A backpack fits you correctly if the weight of the bag rests onto your hips.
