The Mountainlife Everest Down sleeping bag is a 3-4 season sleeping bag and weighs just 1.76kg. The Everest sleeping bag has an extreme temperature of -22C and a comfort temperature of -12 to 8C. The Mountainlife sleeping bag has a Grey duck down filling and a separate inner pocket.
Extreme temperature
The extreme rating is a survival only rating for a 'standard' adult. This is an extreme survival rating only and it is not advisable to rely on this rating for general use.
Comfort temperature
The "comfort temperature" is the minimum temperature that a sleeping bag is designed for. Of course this is just an approximation as people tolerate temperature differently.

This is suitable for spring, summer, autumn and winter months with an extreme temperature of - 22 degrees

Very light, doesn't advertise which side the zip is and these came as left hand. Packs nicely.
