The Mountainlife mini Apex sleeping bag is a great kid’s sleeping bag featuring bright colourful prints. The mini Apex sleeping bag is a season 1-2 sleeping bag making it perfect for use during spring and summer. The kid’s sleeping bag is lightweight and compactable, compressing in size to 16cm by 32cm; fitting in its accompanying bag and attaching to your backpack with ease when required.
A season rating will be between 1 and 4 and refers to the number of seasons the item is suitable for. The Apex mini is season 1-2 which means it is suitable for used during the summer and spring. If you are looking to camp in colder weather or autumn and winter you would be wise to look for a season 3-4 sleeping bag.
The temperature rating for the apex mini is based on how an average sized person feels the cold and can only be considered a guideline. When choosing your sleeping bag keep in mind how strongly you feel the cold.
The kid’s sleeping bag comes in its own stuff bag which can be easily attached to your rucksack making it easy to carry. The bag is also lightweight weighing only 0.9kg.

Bought for my son on his first Beavers camp. Fit is good, simple to use and warm. Definitely buy the next size up when he grows out of this one!!
