China Wall Trek
8 days of 8 hours per day, tough walking on the China Wall. I need to be extremely fit and copying well with vertigo.
My friend Jo died there last summer of bone cancer. I never seen such an incredible care like in Rowcroft, a small hospice in Torquay, Devon.
Yes hard training every week: • Aerobic train 4 days a week
• Interval train 1 day a week
• Hill or stair climbs 2 days a week
• Strength train 3 days a week
• Recreational exercise 1 day a week
• 7 hour walk
and it gets more challenged each month nearer the event.
