Kay's Vietnam trek
Raising money for:
The Rowans Hopsice
Trekking in Vietnam, walking for up to 6 hours per day. We will also be taking part in some local community projects, helping both children and older people and visiting the hill tribes.
My father died in 1966 when I was 7 and I saw him once in hospital and never saw him again. The hospice service has changed things dramatically so that patients can have time together. I have a very dear friend who has just been diagnosed with cancer and want to do all I can to support my local hospice.
Going to walk from Southampton to Winchester and generally keep fit. 12 years ago I was very overweight and unfit and have taken a very personal journey to this point in time. Now I want to help as much as I can as you never know what is just around the corner.
