TafT does the BHF L2B Offroad
I am training for an participating in an off road London to Brighton cycling race. I say race, I will be glad to make it to the end without the need to the BHF.
Heart Disease is very common in the UK and it has claimed a couple of my family members in the past. If I can do a little to help a good cause and get fitter in the process (lowering my chances of heart disease) then it seems win-win to me.
Two or three times a week I am cycling with my team mates. We are about to try and start following the BHFs suggested 10week training program. http://www.bhf.org.uk/get-involved/events/training/cycling/beginners-training-schedule.aspx (the intermediate one)
