What to Wear Skiing

    To seal the gap between your jacket and neck- especially in a blizzard or very windy conditions as the snow or cold could sneak in.

    To pop inside your gloves when you need that extra boost of warmth.

    Ski Helmet

    Safety comes first, so a helmet is recommended to protect your head in case you take a bad fall.

    Snacks

    To keep your energy up, it’s a good idea to pack some sugary or energy boosting snacks!

    It’s important to stay hydrated on the slopes- you’ll last much longer!
