Men's Explorer Waterproof Jacket

It's lightweight but feels like a high quality item. So far I've only worn it in very cold temperature but it felt warm without needing an additional fleece unlike so many other waterproof jackets of this style. The pockets are fleece lined so wont push through holes with items like keys in cheaper lined jackets. Only critisism is that the hood doesn't fold away, but it is removable by zip - would just be nice to store the hood with the jacket when not in use without it flapping around. Overall, very pleased and would recommend it.

I've got what I wanted, a jacket for getting around on a family visit. After the visit I'll be using it for short trips to town on the bike but I wouldn't have bought it for cycling: the zip only opens downward, so the bottom of the jacket can press against the tops of the thighs, and the hood is floppy so it need very careful adjustment to be able to look behind. But it's comfortable, the cuffs are good and the pockets are good.

I bought this waterproof for my wife. She wanted a long line coat and couldn't find one in the womens section. This was ideal as the back was slightly longer than the front and gave better coverage. It would be useful to be able to find womens jackets in this style and in more variety of colours.

Well designed, especially around the face, for keeping the wind off. The only mild complaints are that the side pockets might be more waterproff if the opening was facing towards the rear. Also I will be interested to see if te zips are robust enough over time.

Used the jacket yesterday for the first time in the pouring rain. It really is absolutely waterproof. This is a replacement for a much more expensive jacket that had lost its water repellent quality and re-proofing didn't work. This jacket is a bargain.

Plain, simple and 100% waterproof - ideal for Scottish islands!! Available in just about every size and ideal for my husband who has worn his last jacket until it fell apart.

This has proven to be comfortable to wear even whilst hiking proving its breath-ability. The only drawback is that it takes up slightly more space than I thought it would.

Excellent purchase. Good value for money. It is long in lengh and in the arms which is good. It is very warm. There are a lot of pockets. Excellent for walking my dog.

Would have preferreed a fold away hood which is easier not to lose. The waist adjustment could be more user friendly Otherwise good qauility a a reasonable price

Delighted with this purchase, intended for occasional use, but think will end up my most used favourite jacket!

Good styling and sizing - Hood arrangement could be improved but saying that is effective if a little clumsy!
