Returns Policy

Online Purchases 

  • If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt. After the 28 day period we are unable to accept a return unless the product is faulty.
  • You can return an item bought online to any of our stores, view our store locator find a store near you. You will need the despatch note and confirmation email to gain a refund or exchange. Please note the range instore may differ from that online and we advise phoning the store ahead of your journey to check availability.
  • We will include a returns form with your delivery. Please fill this out and return with the goods to our warehouse. 
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in an unworn/unopened condition. In the case of footwear, this means the item must not have been worn outside.
  • Returns sent back to our warehouse without this information or that are not ‘as new’ will be refused.
  • The goods must be returned at your cost. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. We recommend you use recorded delivery to return any items to us as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them. 
  • If you believe your item to be faulty or incorrect please contact customer service before completing the return. 

Store Purchases

  • If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt to any of our stores nationwide. After the 28 day period we are unable to accept a return unless the product is faulty.
  • If you purchased an item instore and would like to return it to our warehouse, please contact customer service to obtain a return number and the appropriate returns form and instructions on how to proceed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in an unworn/unopened condition. In the case of footwear, this means the item must not have been worn outside.
  • If you are returning the item back to a store or sending it back to the warehouse you will need your receipt to obtain a full refund. Please note: if you have paid by credit or debit card you will need the card receipt as well as the store receipt. 
  • Returns that are not accompanied by any proof of purchase will be eligible for exchange or a credit note up to the current selling value of the item.
