Trek Zip-Off Men's Trousers

Trousers specifically for walking. I would have liked some a bit warmer (but not as warm as your very thick ones, a pair of which I already have). However, we are coming to the warmer weather, so I will call in before next winter when you will probably have your winter range in. I, actually, called in to exchange a pair of trousers as the ones I have chosen were not the best for me. The sales assistant who served me could not have been more helpful or made it easyier.

I bought two pairs of these trousers a few years ago because they were on sale, after a couple of years of heavy use, mainly cycling to work and back or cycling around various parts of Scotland they have started to show some signs of wear. The new version seems to be even better as it has more pockets. Very comfortable and extremely quick drying when raining. A great buy.

Ibought these to replace a worn out pair that I have had for about two years. I wear them for walking on the morrs and have recently worn them to complete the Great Glen Way in Scotland. They are light and comfortable, dry quickly and easily and look pretty smart for night times in the bar. Excellent value for money, if you buy them you will not be disapointed.

The trousers are made from good quality material and well assembled. They have a range of pockets, some with velcro fastenings and some with zips. The lower sections of the legs detach by means of a well-concealed zip system. The elastic sides to the waist band are a useful feature.

Lightweight, hard wearing trousers suitable for all outdoor activities in all types of weather. Water proof and quick drying when wet. Zip off to shorts excellent in warm weather. Plenty of pockets for storage space including two security pockets for peace of mind.

Very comfortable - (or so my husband says) they come up quite large so he could have quite easily have fitted into the next size down - and we all love a bit of that. They wash and wear beautifully. We will be purchasing more of these in the smaller size.

I wear these trousers for walking and working. They're light, dry quickly, keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter and the quality for the price is second to none and the added bonus is I can turn them into shorts in only a few seconds.

Very comfortable, with and without zip-off section. Many useful pockets and a secure, zipped pocket for valuables e.g. passports and money. Zip-off section very easy and quick to remove; slightly longer to re-attach, but still easy

The person I brought the gift for, wanted to return and buy other colours! I didn't get it at full retail price (half price-bargin!!) excellant for dogs owners as hairs doesn't stick to it, excellant for walking out in bad weathers.

I needed something lightweight with plenty of pocket space. The size was ideal (with elasticated waist band), they doubled up as shorts, they are very lightweight and cleanable, and the price was brilliant. Thank you.

Smart, practical walking trousers. Have zip off legs, ideal for fell walking when the temperature can vary during your walk. A pair of shorts / trousers in one! Ideal for any age of person. Great value for money.

Not worn these trousers yet yet but initial thoughts are that these are a top quality item and will be ideal for travelling from UK to tropical areas and back, hence trouser to short option! Highly recommended.

I also have a pair of the none zip off trek trousers purchased earlier this year, these make a fine addition to my everyday & holiday wardrobe, easy to pack, easy to wash, comfy to wear & look good.

Bought them for my teen aged son and he is very pleasaed with them. He used them on a mountain holiday in Switzerland where they were very practical giving choice of use as trousers or shorts.

Very comfortable and practical. For our 3 peaks challenge and all of the training leading up to it, they are perfect. Quick to remove legs when needed and dry very quickly too. Recommended!

Looking for something for my husband to wear as an alternative to jeans but that would be equally as hard wearing. He had previously bought a pair similar to those so they were ideal.

I have purchased these for work, but will keep them for next spring/summer and so have not worn them yet. However, they seem ideal as they are light, comfortable and easy to wash.

Required for occasional use to replace worn-out similar trousers. Found in Mountain Warehouse at a very acceptable price. Only criticism is that zips are a bit small and fiddlly.

Purchased for walking trek in Snowdonia so that could have both shorts and trousers without taking separates. Unfortunately the stitching came undone very quickly in places.

Perfect fit, my husband wore them on a recent trip to India and they were exactly what he needed! Easy to wash and wear, lightweight and just smart enough to be versatile.
