I bought these because I wanted a light/lights to clip on my rucksack when out walking after dark for road safety and general increased visibilty. These clip on to my rucksack straps easily (- threading the strap through the fastener means the light won't fall off if it unhooks). They are highly visible when on, small to pack and light to carry. Perfect for what I wanted. I might even use them as an additional safety light when I'm on my bike...
I would only use these lights in conjunction with an additional set - but given how invisible cyclists can be at any time of year it's only sensible to use everything you can available to ensure that you're seen in winter. These are extremely convenient as they can be 'wrapped' on, and so perfect if you have more than one bike and want to switch between.
Also brilliant for attaching to yourself to further increase visibility!
Bought these for son's bike for use to and from school. Attracted to their simplicity and the ease of attaching and removing these lights from bike. They also fit neatly into his blazer pocket. Having 'borrowed' his a few times, I am returning to the store to buy more for our other bikes. Would have scored higher if I knew how long the batteries will last and if they will endure our typical coastal weather.
Really like these. Bright and easy to attach with three light patterns. Only issue was that I bought the ones at the front of the shelf that obviously had been tried out a lot and the battery died on the white one within half an hour. They take 2 batteries each too which can work out expensive unless you use eBay ;)
As I have both a road bike and a mountain bike, I appreciate the ease with which I can switch lights from one to the other without needing a screwdriver or any other tools.
Lightweight and can be thrown in a rucksack or stowed in a jacket pocket for use if caught out at dusk and need to cycle home.
These are really useful as a back up - i do not ride my bike in the dark but there are times when the lighting is not good and these are fantastic for being seen - they are stylish and light (not like the larger basic units)
A good light for the price. I would have given it 5 stars unfortunately one of the packs had two front lights! At £9-99 & taking in to account the cost of fuel & parking it was not worth returning the lights for exchange.
I bought this product for my 9 year old granddaughter who cycles, escorted by an adult, and recently they stayed out past their usual time. It will soon be dark earlier, so these will be a safeguard for her.
Front light only worked on continual ..no intermittent beam.
Took back and exchanged with no problem.
Makes me a little concerned re quality of product...time will tell ,
Not the best lights ever but possibly they are for the money! Only needed a cheapy set to tide me over til end of month when i get a decent set for the darker evenings.
Ideal as standby lighting for cycle when main light forgotten or drained battery, they are flexible to position and have a surprisingly strong beam for their size
Rugged little lights that project a good bright beam for the size. I attached them to treking poles on a recent nite walk, worked a treat for increasing visablity.
They could do with being a bit brighter when cycling on unlit roads; probably OK in a town with street lights as the flashing options help cyclist to be seen
we have bought these to clip onto our dogs collars so we can see them in the dark work well lets hope they stay attached to the collars
These are much better than I imagined, so easy to fit to the bike, they just clip on to the frame. Bright led's, ideal and a bargain!
Buy some - they are perfect if you have many bikes or applications as they are easy to fit and remove. It only takes one second!
Perfect for when you're nipping out on your bike after dark and don't want to have to carry around big lights all evening.
Reasonable quality but a little overpriced at £9.99 - although two for one deal was good value
good little light little being the word they are alot smaller than i thought they would be
Wouldn't use these when there are no street lights but fine when out and about in the town.
