Merino Women's Base Layer Zip Neck Top

Fits well - long arms and long body that cover that's annoying bit on your back just above your trouser line that gets exposed (and bitten!). Lovely feel to the top and works as a merion wool top should. Not itchy except for the bit around the top of the zip. It's a bit annoying and I tend to wear a buff beneath it which is an easy fix.

Excellent! I tried running with this as a base layer and 10k later on a frosty Scottish morning I was still at the right temperature!! It also gives enough compression to keep my arms comfortable with the sleeves long enough to pull down and keep my hands warm at the start without the fuss of taking gloves. Brilliant!

Saw this item - and made a spontaneous purchase for my ski trip on 21 Jan - very soft and warm. Already had a thermal long-sleeved vest - this is better! Wearing both together under my ski jacket could be warm enough, and avoid the bulk of a fleece. You shouldn't have shown my picture, though.

An ultralight merino layer. This is the second one I have bought. The first was a little itchy at first but became more comfortable the more it was worn. I tend to use it over a merino t shirt when walking or riding. One of those must haves in the rucksack in the warmer months.

A sleek,comfotrable fit. I had bought the round neck style previously and thought I would try the zip neck. I think I like it even better, especially in the black. It looks good enough to wear as a top layer. An excellent buy especially at this price.

I bought it for cycling when it's cold and seems to be working fine for that.Much better than using a cotton t-shirt for a first layer. I had found it very comfortable, even just wearing around the house.

Very long in the sleeves and a bit scratchy, otherwise, ideal. Lovely and light to wear. More colours would be appreciated.

Warm, non-scratchy, non-sticky, good to wear alone or under more clothes. am going back to buy the bottoms too

I love the feel and what I have heard about merino wool it will be perfect for wearing when I cant wash

I do feel it prickle a bit sometimes but it is wonderfully warm and doesn't smell at all. Love it!
