Just thought I would drop a quick word of thanks. I recently summated Kilimanjaro via the Umbwe route, which is generally regarded as the most challenging option.
I am not what one would call an experienced climber, but had the experience of a lifetime to such an extent that I am considering doing Mount Aconcagua in South America in two years time.Needing all the necessary kit at the time, I found just about everything on the list between your stores in Taunton and street. Your staff were extremely friendly and helpful too.
I just wanted to compliment you on your range. The boots, which only cost me £30, were superbly comfortable (no blisters), the -22C rated extreme temp sleeping bag was plenty warm enough and the clothing, including your shorts, longs, fleece, socks and jacket were fashionable and brilliant.
The head guide over there is pleased to bits with the BOGOF head torch and the bright orange fleece I left for him!
Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable and not costing me an arm and a leg in the process.
