The Travel Essentials 30ml natural repellent spray is a highly effective repellent and a great shield against insects. When using apply carefully to exposed skin, avoiding lips, eyes and broken skin. Make sure you rub the spray in well and apply every 4 hours. In areas of highly humidity or when perspiration is increased, repellent should be applied more frequently. Always re-apply repellent after swimming and showering. The natural repellent spray contains 30ml.

So far when using this product I have not been bitten, a very small bottle though, doesn't go very far. Apart from that a good insect repellent for the money.
