Returns Information

If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund. You can return items to any of our stores or back to our warehouse.

Returns must be:

  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, credit card receipt, online order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note)
  • In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
  • In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside

  • We offer FREE exchanges within the UK.
  • If returning an unwanted item by post to be refunded, a charge of £3 will be deducted from your total refund. 
  • If your item is faulty, mislabelled, not as described or we have sent you the wrong thing you can send this back to us free of charge. 
  • Use the Returns Label included with your dispatch note and take your parcel to any Royal Mail Post Office. Our label provides a tracked service - please keep a copy of your postage receipt.

Pour tout retour, le produit doit être dans son emballage d'origine, ne doit pas être porté / pas ouvert. Dans le cas des chaussures, cela signifie que le produit ne doit pas avoir été porté à l'extérieur.
 
Pour retourner un article directement à notre entrepôt, remplissez le formulaire de retour, situé à l’arrière de votre facture, et joignez-le à votre colis avant de procéder au renvoi. Les retours envoyés à notre entrepôt sans le formulaire de retour dûment rempli ou n’étant pas «comme neuf» seront refusés.
 
Les produits doivent être retournés à vos frais. Nous ne remboursons pas les frais de retour, seuls les articles envoyés par erreur et les produits défectueux sont éligibles au remboursement des frais de port. Pour envoyer les produits à notre entrepôt,  nous vous conseillons de choisir une livraison comprenant un numéro de suivi étant donné que les produits sont sous votre responsabilité jusqu'à la livraison à notre entrepôt.

Se si desidera restituire un articolo, è possibile farlo entro 30 giorni dalla data di ricezione. Trascorsi i 30 giorni non siamo in grado di accettare alcuna restituzione a meno che il prodotto non sia difettoso.
 
Per tutte le restituzioni, il prodotto deve essere nella sua confezione originale, mai aperto o utilizzato. Nel caso delle calzature, esse non devono essere state indossate.
 
Per restituire un articolo direttamente ai nostri magazzini centrali, si prega di compilare il documento di restituzione ricevuto nel pacco ricevuto.
I resi che perverranno presso il nostro magazzino senza tale documento e che non risulteranno “come nuovi”, non verranno accettati.
 
Le spese di consegna sono a carico dell’acquirente. Non offriremo alcun rimborso per le spese postali relative ai resi a meno che l’articolo non sia danneggiato o diverso da quello ordinato. Si consiglia di effettuare spedizioni tracciate per i resi in quanto gli articoli in restituzione sono sotto la vostra responsabilità sino alla ricezione presso i nostri magazzini.
 
Se ritenete di aver ricevuto un articolo difettoso o diverso da quello ordinato, contattate il nostro servizio clienti prima di perfezionare la restituzione.

DEVOLUCIONES

 
Si Ud. quiere devolver un artículo, puede hacerlo en un plazo de 30 días desde la recepción de la mercancía. Después de 30 días, no vamos a aceptar ninguna devolución a menos que el producto sea defectuoso.
 
Los productos deben de ser devueltos en su anvase originario y sin haber sido utilizados. Los zapatos no deben de haber sido usados fuera.
 
Para devolver un artículo directamente a nuestro depósito, rellene el documento de devolución que ha recibido junto a su paquete original, luego, ponga el documento al interior de su paquete y devuelva el producto al depósito.
Los productos usados y los sin documento de devolución no van a ser aceptados.
 
Ud. tiene que pagar el costo de envío para devolvernos su artículo y estos gastos que no van a ser reembolsado a menos que el producto sea defectuoso o incorrecto. Le aconsejamos que envíe el artículo que quiere devolver con un servicio de entrega con siguimiento, como Ud. es responsable por el producto hasta que llegue a nuestro depósito.
 
Si Ud. cree que su artículo sea defectuoso o equivocado, contáctenos antes de devolverlo.

Wenn Sie einen Artikel zurückgeben möchten, können Sie es innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware. Nach 30 Tage Rückgabeoption sind wir nicht mehr in der Lage, die Ware zu akzeptieren, es sei denn, dass Produkt hat einen Mangel.
 
Für alle Rückgaben, dass Produkt muss in der Originalverpackung sein und in einem ungetragenen/ungeöffneten zustand. Bei Schuhen bedeutet dies, dass das Produkt nicht außerhalb getragen sein darf. 
 
Für Rückgabe eines Artikels, senden Sie dieses direkt an unserem Warenhaus mit ausgefülltem Rücksendeformular zu. 
 
Rücksendungen mit nicht komplett ausgefülltem Formular werden abgelehnt. 
 
Waren müssen auf Ihre Kosten zurückgeschickt werden. Wir verstatten keine Versandkosten, es sei denn, dass Produkt hat einen Mangel oder wir haben Ihnen ausversehen einen falschen Artikel gesendet. 
 
Falls Sie glauben, dass Ihr Produkt einen fehler oder Ihnen was falsches gesendet wurde, dann kontaktieren Sie bitte den Kundenservice bevor Sie es an uns zurücksenden.
