The scales can weigh luggage up to 22kgs/55lbs making them ideal to have with you on your travels and the large clear display makes reading the scales a breeze. The scales include a tape measure to ensure your hand luggage meets the required measurements. Have often wondered why people bother with these, as I always weigh my cases by standing on the bathroom scales. But just come back from a trip away and realised that these would've been handy on the return journey (no scales available). My luggage allowance was 20kg and my case weighed in at 19.9kg! I was lucky on this occasion but won't be taking any chances in the future! Nice and compact and handy little tape measure makes this the perfect travel companion.

Doesn't have some of the features electronic scales have, but the great thing is - this means it doesn't require batteries to operate it. Very useful if you have to travel under tight luggage restrictions.

I'm traelling on a budget airline so need to be sure my hand luggage isn't over the weight limit. Didn't need anything to take with me, so this was perfect. I'll use it a lot.
