The items were despatched quickly and I believe arrived next day (Tuesday 25/6) as requested. However when the courier actually delivered them I was out, and he decided to leave them under a plant in my garden - he didn't put a note through my letterbox telling me he'd done this. I found the items by accident a week later, too late for my camping trip and so I returned them. I had rung your customer services team on Thurs 27/6 when I thought the goods hadn't turned up (before I realised they were under a plant in the garden) and all they could tell me was that the times had been delivered. I said I hadn't received them. They said they would look into it but I never heard anything back, which is poor. I would recommend not using Yodel as your courier - I have ordered items online with other companies who use them and I've always experienced problems with them.
