The Active Waist bag has everything needed for a run out or even a trip on the bike.
Hydration comes from the 2 water bottles secured in the bag. A good sized main compartment will keep most essentials and even a windproof shell. The front central pocket is handy for emergency items such as a whistle or first aid items. The padded back and adjustable waist belt ensure a comfortable fit.

For walking its great, really good space, easy zips, and when loaded up with water is nicely balanced. It doesn't work for me for running, with the weight of the water bottles it just bounces around too much.

Great buy. With waterbottles too, love the car key clip and more space than expected. used to wearing a rucksack so takes a bit of getting used too in terms of weight distribution but no regrets from me.
