Walkabout 12 Day Pack

Bought this as was staying in Edinburgh and needed something 'secure' to store associated stuff cluttering up pockets. As it can also accomodate a water bladder it will come in very useful when cycling to and from work, when I get home. Great range of products and helpful obliging staff (the dat pack was right up next to the ceiling). I've not come across Mountain Warehouse near where I live in the south, but will make an effort to track a store down!

I have yet to put this backpack to good use but was delighted to find something with a waist strap,a collection of useful pockets ( a carrier for a camel pack, exit point for headphones etc etc) in a non boring colour, a handy size and at a reasonable price. Have been looking for 6 months or more am delighted to have something handy to use at festivals this summer.

Small enough to not be bulky and get in the way but large enough to hold a decent amount of stuff. Well designed with lots of pockets, strong straps, hold for headphones and for camelpak. Only thing: the side pockets are a tad too small for water bottles so you can't take them out easily, but should be able to stretch them out.

Purchased for summer lightweight day hiking. Perfect size for packed lunch, bottle of water, rolled up lightweight mac and compact windproof, keys, pers, map etc. Would not be suitable for colder weather as there wouldn't be enough space for a fleece, etc. Zipped pockedts really good for separating smaller items.

Perfect day pack -- lightweight, durable, good size for all daily needs (easily packs an SLR camera, fleece, water bottle, etc), god variety of pockets (including one internal zipped one for extra valuable items), hip and sternum straps make the pack even more comfortable and helps pack stay in place when running.

We were on a short break with our dog (a Westie). We were not overly adventurous in choice of routes but this small pack was ideal for carrying some water, food and towels for the dog. Lots of choices of outdoor shops in Keswick; like many items in Mountain Warehouse, this was great value.

i was looking for a small pack for an afternoon's walk , with room to carry waterproofsnd plenty of compartments and outside pockets. The product was well priced which enabled me to buy a larger pack as well for day walking.

I wanted a rucksack that I could wear in town without looking too "hiker-ish". This one is a nice colour and has lots of pockets. I wore it in London yesterday and was very pleased with it.

Very handy with good pockets and plenty of space - does exactly what I want for a daysack taking lunch, camera, cagoul, jumper etc. Plus good value for money and comfortable to wear

Good size for my 10year old daughter and good hip strap, which often lacks in the smalller bags. Nice colour and practical layout, but waterproofness very poor. Good value for money

Very comfortable and spacious. Main zip compartment has a pocket big enough to fit an ipad as well as a smaller security zip pocket. Great value for money would highly recommend

I purchased this as I wanted something smaller to travel to work on my bike and the train. I love all the pockets so know where everything is and is a very lightweight.

Good length of adjustable straps, unlike some other small day packs. Suitable for holiday use, and for days out walking when heavyweight waterproofs not required.

This is a comfy backpack with plenty of room inside, lots of pockets and compartments on the sides for a bottle of water and an umbrella. Nice purple colour too.

I love the colour! It's big enough to carry all I need when out camping/walking, without being bulky, easy to get on and off the pockets are well placed.

This is a good product for day-walking with ample pockets to hold everyday needs. A good range of colours available and is comfortable to wear.

I haven't used it yet so don't know how strong it's seams etc are but the size is perfect as a day sack for a kagoule and packed lunch.

I have had difficulty finding the right size back pack suitable for what I carry on my 9 mile walks, so I am highly delighted.

Really good, perfect size for daily use or for wandering around on a city break. Have bought several for friends and family.

Not exactly what I was looking for but it will suffice, not got the wider range I had hoped for, no complaints about price
