The Mountainlife Summit 250 sleeping bag is a 2-3 season sleeping bag with a separate inner pocket with left and right hand zip options which allows two sleeping bags to be zipped together to make a double. The Mountainlife Summit 250 sleeping bag is available with left and right zip options to allow two sleeping bags to be zipped together to form a twin. If you are right handed, you should choose a sleeping bag with a zip on the left side and vice versa, available in options.
The extreme rating is a survival only rating for a 'standard' adult woman. This is an extreme survival rating only and it is not advisable to rely on this rating for general use.
The "comfort temperature" is the minimum temperature that a sleeping bag is designed for. However, this is just an approximation as people tolerate temperature differently.

I was expecting to pay more for this quality of sleeping bag. It's the first one I viewed and it was exactly what I was looking for with a good range of colours to choose from. After receiving a very informative demonstration from a staff member I made an immediate purchase.

Bought 2 of these one for me one for son (age 9) , first used on a cub scout camp bivvy night sleeping in shelters made by the kids. Both of us were warm and comfortable. We'll be happily using them for many more trips!

We were looking for a new sleeping bag for our daughter one that would keep her warm and was easy to get herself out of. This met all those needs and she loved the purple colour.
