Merino Women's Base Layer Pants

Very warm and comfortable item of clothing. One thing to criticise, and this goes for all garments with elastic waistbands, no matter the retailer/manufacturer, ... there is no allowance for variations for a woman's tendency to expand [viz. to bloat occasionally!!!], and, as the elastic is machined in, it is well nigh impossible to expand it oneself. Otherwise, an ace product, and more colours would sell well!

Bought for wearing as a base layer for cycling, which it's working quite well in cold weather. Had found though ,that the trousers aren't quite as thick as the top's. Comfortable wearing around the house as well- would also be good wearing with the top for camping in colder weather.

I bought these because the price for merino wool product was very good. The size fit perfectly and they are comfortable. I wore them this weekend out in the woods and they did the job I bought them for. It was cold (about -2 when I got up)

Really warm and comfortable. This is my second pair. I have also purchased for my family and my husband has two pairs to wear outdoors when hill walking. The size range is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought these merino wool thermals, as they're much cheaper than in other stores. They seem to be really good, but I haven't worn them out in the snow yet - that will be the real test I guess.

Well fitted, specially as I am a tall woman. Thin but very warm. Perhaps a little scratchy, but my skin got used to it quickly. Will be good for use at the Ice Hotel!!

Kept me warm during February skiing. Ankleband is wide enough to allow it to be pulled up around the calf to ensure the shin is not being rubbed in the ski boot.

took a bit of a gamble, wasn't expecting the 210 weight at this price! (online info didn't mention it) really pleased with the product, fit is good too.

these are on the large side so i would suggest getting a size smaller than you are, they are also quite long in lenght for short people.

Got to try them in the recent freeze and they proved very warm, comfy and surprisingly not at all itchy. Ordered another pair already!

Sale price made these Base Layer Pants fantastic value. They keep me warm without getting too hot.Very pleased with them.

the sizing is large, I went for a smaller size than usual. it is super warm. It would be good to have more colours.

In spite of having to buy smaller size than usual because of low stock at this time of year, these fit perfectly.

Great to find merino leggings that are not black, very comfortable, but a little short if you have long legs.

very warm, I'll be wearing them through winter in london. Again, so happy to find anything in a size 6!

Lovely and warm, although they didn't keep their shape very well and went a bit bobbly when washed

soft and confortable. no itchy. waist band is enclosed in the same fabric and no any tight spot.

Difficult to comment until we have been on our skiing holiday, but everything seems fine.

Great value merino wool thermals. Very soft and comfortable, sizing very generous.
