The Eclipse women’s padded jacket is a stylish, great fitting jacket constructed of water resistant fabric. The women’s padded jacket has a fleece lined collar and faux fur trim that provides warmth and a detachable hood that is practical allowing for versatile wear. The women’s Eclipse jacket is made from a micro fibre with rip stop coating creating water resistance in light showers. The padded jacket has an integrated storm flap that protects you further from the elements and prevents water from entering the outer shell at the zip. The women’s Eclipse padded jacket has an internal MP3 or mobile phone pocket which means you can carry your valuables with you while you enjoy the outdoors.

Water resistant fabric

The Eclipse women’s padded jacket is made from a water resistant fabric that makes the padded jacket suitable for wear in light showers. Water may penetrate the fabric at the stitched seams.

Padded jacket with fleece lined collar

The fleece lined collar incorporated within the women’s Eclipse padded jacket adds additional warmth and comfort, making the padded jacket suitable for very day use as well when you’re participating in outdoor sports.

Integrated storm flap

To protect you further from the elements, the women’s Eclipse padded jacket has been fitted with an integrated storm flap. This is a piece of material that prevents water from entering the outer shell through the zip, keeping you well protected from the elements.

Detachable hood & Elasticated hem

The hood of the women’s Eclipse padded jacket is detachable; this means that you can detach the hood completely from the jacket. It also allows you to adjust the hood to suit your size, improving the overall fit and comfort of the jacket. Being disabled, in a wheelchair I have been trying to find a jacket that is extra warm, wind and water proof but not too bulky. One of my carers suggested Mountain Warehouse and I`m so glad she did. I can now go out throughout winter knowing I`m going to stay lovely warm.

Some areas flimsy such as velcro fastenings and zip is tricky - time will tell if it's going to be a problem. Also it came slightly marked/spattered with liquid/rain(?) which easily wiped off - not worth sending back for the price I paid.
