The Mountainlife Grid Women’s Stretch Base layer is made from a high wicking fabric to help keep your skin dry when you perspire. The women’s baselayer has an extra long back and is very breathable and soft to the touch making it comfortable next to the skin or as a mid layer. The Grid women’s base layer has a zip neck allowing cool air to circulate should you wish. The grid stretch base layer is available in purple and black colours.

Extra long back

The grid women’s baselayer has an extra long back designed to allow you to remain warm and comfortable when the garment is tucked in to over trousers and other garments.

I ahve just returned from skiing in Italy. The weather was sunny and at times hot - 18 degrees. This top was ideal for those conditions without any other layer. I am only 5 ' 0", so am a petite size. I found the neck zip a bit high for me - rubbed my chin. I think this will improve with washing. I will always look at Mountain Warehouse first as the quality is good and the prices good.

Super lightweight top, very warm with no bulk, ideal for being active outdoors as breathable. Easy to wear style and longer back means no cold drafts on your lower back. Nice colour and can be worn under another layer if required. Good value for money.

Good mid layer for walks in the colder weather. Will probably wear it on its own when it gets warmer. Easy to wear, nice & warm and the sleeves are long enough to keep my wrists warm which is great!

Lovely and comfortable but the tail is quite long so would have to be worn tucked in. Also the neck came up too high for my liking.
