The women’ Hurricane Long Jacket is a stylish long waterproof jacket with taped seams. The hurricane jacket has been mesh lined for added breathability and for extra protection against the elements the jacket has a double storm flap with rain channel and a detachable hood. The women’s jacket also has and adjustable waist and hem to ensure comfort and a great fit.  For convenience the jacket has multiple pockets. 

Waterproof fabric

The fabric used by Mountain Warehouse is called Isodry, this is a waterproof and breathable membrane constructed of one way valves trapped between two to three layers of fabric, this allows water to pass through one side but not the other meaning perspiration will be drawn out, but rain will not seep in. 

Taped Seams

To make a garment fully waterproof it is needs to have taped seams, this means the stitched areas of the garment have been sealed to stop any water seeping through. The Hurricane jacket also features a double storm flap, which are two strips of material that overlap the zip to prevent any water getting in.

Breathable with mesh lining

The women's jacket is breathable to help keep you feeling dry and comfortable while out walking ond cold wet days. The jacket has been mesh lined to aid the overall breathability of the garment. 

Multiple features

For convenience the Hurricane jacket has an internal pocket suitable for your mobile phone and zipped security pockets. The women's long jacket also features an adjustable and detachable hood. To ensure a great fit and look; the jacket can be adjusted at the hem and waist, this will also offer extra warmth and comfort.

This garment has it all.A detachable hood...so no bulky ness around collar,useful deep front hidden pocket .Material is lightweight ,waterproof , windproof.and breathable.Although long line it has a dual opening zip so takes pressure off zip when sitting .Fabulous vibrant colour with good fitting .

The colour caught my eye, such a lovely change from those boring navy, black or dull red jackets. Lovely fit and kept me warm. Love the 'warming' lining to the pockets - great for when you're stuck waiting for the bus in the cold wind!

I love the colour of this jacket, I bought it 3 sizes too big, so could layer up underneath in cold weather, this made it even longer, so my legs stay drier!

Very lightweight. Quite cosy because of the fleece lined collar. I like the way it covers my bum!
