The Mountainlife women’s rain over trousers are breathable and made from waterproof fabric complete with taped seams. The rain over trousers have a zipped expandable ankle opening and an elasticated and draw cord waist. The women’s rain over trousers are mesh and taffeta lined for comfort. The Mountainlife women’s rain over trousers are available in black.
Waterproof with taped seams
The Mountainlife women’s rain over trousers are made from waterproof and breathable Isodry fabric with taped seams. The fabric has a waterproof membrane or coating that prevents water droplets penetrating through the fabric and consequently protecting you from the elements. This fabric will also be windproof. A fully waterproof garment will have taped seams and therefore be fully waterproof. Taped seams are when the seams of the garment are sealed to stop rain seeping through the waterproof fabric and in to the stitched areas. Taped or welded seams are used to make the garment fully.
Elastic and draw cord waist
The elastic and draw cord waist has an elasticated section or sections that provide flexible in the women’s rain over trousers to fit your required size to improve comfort.
