Delivery & Returns:

UK Deliveries

• UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on all orders

• Delivery charges will be decided based on the weight of the item being ordered. If the item weighs under 20kg it is free delivery. Between 21kg-45kg delivery charge is £25 and over 45kg delivery charge is £50.

• Orders are sent via DX/DHL/Royal Mail/TNT/The Pallet Network

UK Return & Refund Policy

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• Returns cost will be decided depending on the weight of the item, as described in the delivery charge.

Return method:

• To return your order, contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care to arrange a collection.

• Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

• Please note that items sold by Ventura Roof Tents cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

Terms & Conditions:

All Ventura Roof Tents products come with a two year guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.

All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
