Gladiator Paddle Boards come with 3 years warranty on the board and a 1 Year warranty on all the accessories that come in the box, This includes ,Bag, Paddle, leash and Pump. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and your order details are sufficient to claim a warranty.
Shark SUP come with 3 years warranty on the board and a 1 Year warranty on all the accessories that come in the box, This includes, Bag, Paddle, leash and Pump. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and your order details are sufficient to claim a warranty.
Anomy SUP come with 2 years warranty on the board and a 1 Year warranty on all the accessories that come in the box, This includes, Bag, Paddle, leash and Pump. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and your order details are sufficient to claim a warranty.
Please note: We will only replace the iSUP or accessories if our troubleshooting solutions and/or repair has been unsuccessful.
Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
Due to hygiene reasons, in the case of a SUP being returned to us, it must be returned in clean & dry conditon regardless of the type of warranty claim. Failure to do this could result in a cleaning fee being charged.
