- This competition is open to UK entrants aged 14 and under only, permitted the images are shared by the parent/guardian of the child.
- To enter the competition, entrants must email their drawing of a new sea creature to [email protected] with their full name and age attached. We cannot accept postal or social media entries. Any entries sent directly to Steve Backshall will not be counted.
- Entries open at 9am Wednesday 17th August 2022 and will close at midnight (GMT) on Thursday 8th September 2022.
- There will be five winners who can each bring one guardian over the age of 18. The prize will be £100 worth of Steve Backshall X Mountain Warehouse Changing Tides collection clothing plus the chance to meet Steve Backshall in a half day experience.
- The date of the meet and greet day is to be confirmed. If the winners cannot make this date no alternative prize will be offered.
- Entrants can enter as many drawings as they like for the duration of this competition.
- Ten drawings will be shortlisted by Mountain Warehouse from all the correct entries received within the opening time. Five winners will then be selected by Steve Backshall. Mountain Warehouse will contact the winners privately by email.
- If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from winners within 48 hours of initial contact, we reserve the right to withdraw their place at the Meet Steve Backshall day and offer this place to another entry.
- Winners must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old at the Meet and Greet event.
- By submitting your entry, you grant Mountain Warehouse the non-exclusive right to use the image on all Mountain Warehouse social media channels and in our catalogue. The winners’ consent to the use of their images (including those taken on the meet and greet) and names in publicity and editorial surrounding the competition by Mountain Warehouse and third parties, which can be featured on marketing materials and published on all online channels.
- Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
- The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families.
- By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize.
- Winners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.
- The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
- Entry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
