\n\u2022 Entry is made by commenting under our Hay Golden Tickets Facebook post and tagging a friend. No purchase necessary.
\n\u2022 To enter the competition, entrants must tag a friend, and both must be following (@mountain warehouse) on Facebook.
\n\u2022 Entries open between Sunday 7th April and closes at 23.59 on Friday 12th April.
\n\u2022 Competition must be entered in each Entrant\u2019s own name using a Facebook or Instagram account registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
\n\u2022 Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and\/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.<\/p>\nELGIBILITY<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident of the United Kingdom.
\n\u2022 Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid Facebook or Instagram account to enter. No postal or email entries will be accepted.
\n\u2022 Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.
\n\u2022 The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse, their immediate families or any persons connected with Hay Festival.<\/p>\nTHE WINNER<\/strong>
\n\u2022 A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.
\n\u2022 The Prize Winner will be notified initially via \u201cprivate message\u201d on Facebook and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.
\n\u2022 If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.
\n\u2022 The Promoter\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
\nTHE PRIZE
\n\u2022 There will be one prize winner, who will receive a Golden Ticket to the 2019 Hay Festival. The prize includes five pairs of tickets to events of the winner’s choosing from the whole programme (subject to availability). The Golden ticket will be posted to the winner.
\n\u2022 Please note transport and accommodation are not included in any part of the prize and winners will need to make their own way to and from the Festival. You can find out more by visiting HayFestival.org

\n\u2022 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.<\/p>\nOTHER<\/strong>
\n\u2022 By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use\/misuse of the Prize.
