No purchase necessary.<\/li>\n<li>To enter the competition, entrants\u00a0 must be following @mountainwarehouse on Facebook.<\/li>\n<li>Entries are open between Saturday 25<sup>th<\/sup> May and close at 23.59 on Saturday 1st June 2019<\/li>\n<li>Competition must be entered in each Entrant\u2019s own name using an Instagram account registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.<\/li>\n<li>Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and\/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ELGIBILITY<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident of the United Kingdom.<\/li>\n<li>Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account to enter. No postal or email entries will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3<sup>rd<\/sup> party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.<\/li>\n<li>The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>THE WINNER<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.<\/li>\n<li>The Prize Winners will be notified initially via \u201cdirect message\u201d on Facebook and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.<\/li>\n<li>If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.<\/li>\n<li>The Promoter\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>THE PRIZE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There will be three prize winners, who will receive a Mountain Warehouse Hay Festival T-shirt, Hay Festival water bottle and Hay Festival canvas bag. The prizes will be posted to the winner.<\/li>\n<li>The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OTHER<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use\/misuse of the Prize.<\/li>\n<li>Winners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.<\/li>\n<li>The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and\/or these terms and conditions at any time.<\/li>\n<li>Entry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.
