Win a pair of wellies every day it rains in October!<\/strong><\/p>\n

All you have to do is:\"welly<\/p>\n

  1. Take a photo of you making a big splash (the bigger the better!)<\/li>\n
  2. Tag us in your photo post on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram (#MWBigSplash)<\/li>\n
  3. Or email us your image to\u00a0photos@mountainwarehouse.com<\/a>
    \n<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Each day it rains, we will choose one winner to take home a pair of welly boots to help with your future splashing! Winners will be announced the following day on social media or via email.<\/p>\n

    So what are you waiting for? Make the most of the rain this month and get snapping!<\/p>\n

    Terms & Conditions<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Contest open to all individuals except employees of Mountain Warehouse.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Entrants can submit as many photos as they like as long as they are different photos each time and can be entered to win with each photo submission.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Images posted on social media including Facebook ,Twitter and Instagram must be tagged with our hashtag- #MWBigSplash<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Images must be your original work and you must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images submitted. Mountain Warehouse will not accept liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Images must not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. If your image contains any copyrights such as music, lyrics, film footage, artwork or other copyright material owned by any other person, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents in writing (including from other people appearing in your image).<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Images will not contain anything that is defamatory, offensive or illegal.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. By submitting your images you grant Mountain Warehouse the non-exclusive right to use these on Mountainwarehouse.com and all social media channels. The winner consents to the use of their image and name in publicity and editorial surrounding the competition by Mountain Warehouse and third parties, which can be featured on marketing materials and published on all online channels.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Images should have a \u2018splash\u2019 featured in them.<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. If the entrant has taken an image which contains any brand logos, except Mountain Warehouse, steps will be taken to edit and remove said branded logos.<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. The winner will be chosen by Mountain Warehouse web team, but will be influenced by social media likes, retweets and shares where appropriate. Mountain Warehouse\u2019s decision relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. One winner will be chosen per day as long as entries are sent on that particular day. Winners will be announced via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or via email the following day unless submitted over a weekend. Both Saturday and Sunday winners will be announced on the following Monday.<\/span><\/li>\n
