No postal or email entries will be accepted.<br \/>\nEntry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.<br \/>\nThe competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families<\/p>\n<p>THE WINNER<\/p>\n<p>A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.<br \/>\nThe Prize Winner will be notified initially via \u201cdirect message\u201d on Instagram and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.<br \/>\nIf Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.<br \/>\nThe Promoter\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n<p>THE PRIZE<\/p>\n<p>There will be one prize winner. <span data-teams=\"true\">This prize includes our Torrent Jacket, 1L Metallic Bottle, Walking Poles, 20L Pace Rucksack, Brass Compass, Hiking Trousers, Hiking Socks and Grisport Hiking Boots. <\/span>Subject to availability. If the product is not available, an alternative product will be sent.<br \/>\nThe prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.<\/p>\n<p>OTHER<\/p>\n<p>By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use\/misuse of the Prize.<br \/>\nWinners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.<br \/>\nThe Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and\/or these terms and conditions at any time.<br \/>\nEntry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.
