That\u2019s why we created the Family Walk Formula \u2013 a light-hearted deep dive into what really happens when families lace up their boots and head outdoors together.<\/p>\n

To help us bring it to life, we partnered with Ashley James, broadcaster, model and mum to Alfie (4) and Ada (2). She put the formula to the test with her partner and little ones, and shared what walking together truly means to their family:<\/p>\n

\u201cI lead such a busy life now, and my husband does too, which is why we cherish the time we spend together as a family so much. Getting outside in nature when we can, even if it\u2019s just the local park, is so important to us. No screens, no tech, just us enjoying time together.<\/em><\/p>\n

But getting out of the house for a proper family walk isn\u2019t without its challenges\u2026 Between trying to leave the house without someone losing a shoe, refereeing sibling squabbles and somehow ending up carrying four jackets, two scooters and a pinecone collection\u2026 it\u2019s a full-on expedition! But Mountain Warehouse has us covered for our little adventures \u2013 helping us feel prepared, whatever the weather and whatever mood the kids are in.
