Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and\/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.<\/p>\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/p>\n

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the United Kingdom.
\nEntrants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account to enter. No postal or email entries will be accepted.
\nEntry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.
\nThe competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families.
\nThe competition is not open to employees or contractors of Whitby & Co or their immediate families.<\/p>\n

THE WINNER<\/p>\n

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.
\nThe Prize Winner will be notified initially via \u201cdirect message\u201d on Instagram and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.
\nThe winner will need to provide their email address to the Mountain Warehouse team to organise the product and to be introduced to the Whitby & Co team, for the other part of the prize.
\nIf Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.
\nThe Promoter\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n

THE PRIZE<\/p>\n

There will be one prize winner.
\nThis prize includes a Mountain Warehouse Holiday 4 Man Tent, Summit 250 Sleeping Bag and Deluxe Camping Chair.
\nThe product is subject to availability.
\nThe winner must claim their prize directly through Mountain Warehouse\u2019s social team, where product will be ordered on behalf of the winner.
\nThe prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.<\/p>\n

By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use\/misuse of the Prize.
