Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund any unused items returned to us within 30 days, with a proof of purchase. The products must be in their original packaging and in an unworn/unused condition. In the case of footwear, this means that the footwear must not have been worn outside or treated in any way. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for a refund more than 30 days after purchase unless the item is faulty. If the product is faulty and you do not have the proof of purchase we will be happy to exchange the product or issue you with a credit note for the last discount card price. We cannot refund gift vouchers. If returning an item bought by gift voucher you will be entitled to an exchange for another item or a gift voucher. You will not be entitled to a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
