Refunds and returns
In light of recent government announcements, we have extended our Christmas refund policy by an additional 60 days, you will now be able to return store purchases bought from 1st October 2020 – 31st December right up to the 31st March 2021.
We are sorry you cannot return in store purchases through our warehouse.
For online purchases you can send your return to our warehouse. Please wait 21 days following your return being sent before contacting us. When we receive your return, we will email you with an update.

If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Currently we have an extended returns policy - for purchases bought between the 1st October 2020 and 31st December 2020 you have until 31st January 2021 to return. Please note that the return postage is at your own cost, you will be shown any charges and asked to complete payment before completing your return.
Returns must be:
- Accompanied by your dispatch note
- In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
- In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside
Any return that is sent back to our warehouse without a completed returns form or not ‘as new’ will be refused. If you believe your item to be faulty or incorrect please contact Customer Service before completing the return.
