Please securely pack the item(s) in suitable protective packaging and include your order details or return paperwork inside the parcel to help us process your return quickly.
Return the parcel via any Evri drop off point and keep your tracking receipt and proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
Please only return items if you require a refund. If you need a replacement or replacement part, please contact us first as we may be able to help without requiring a return.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
