Good product for what it is. I was looking for a base layer for when I am out cycling but will probably use it for other activities as well. Always hard to determine suitable layers for particular outdoor activities but this product will be worth considering on its own or as one of several layers.

An inexpensive merino base layer. I have bought three now and use them as a winter vest. My skin is sheep wool sensitive, but no problems with this product. Always smells sweet even after exertion. Cut rather long in the arms but better this than too short

Very warm and comfortable. Washing could be a pain if instructions followed to the letter (use woolmark approved detergents, no softener, don't do this, don't do that, etc), but I suppose that is a characteristic of any merino wool product

Very good fit with good length in the body and sleeves (medium, I'm about a 41" chest). Seems very well made. Haven't had it through a wash yet but looks like it should last well. Very happy for the price and considering the bottoms now.

This is a perfect base layer in this very cold weather. It is so thin it hardly feels as if you are wearing anything and the merino wool is perfect for insulation. Ideal for active working.

Initially very itchy so had to wash before wear. Seems warm (trial by holiday yet to come!) Wrinkles under the arms - I bought a medium size which usually fits. Seems to be good value.

Although female! I bought one of these at Christmas (XS) and it fitted perfectly as well as performing excellently. I bought this because you did not have women's sizes for me.

Comfortable fit and warm. Bought them ready for a trip to Finland and hope they will keep me warm there. Good value for money compared to other Merino wooll products.

Brilliantly warm base layer when worn underneath a fleecy mid layer. Not windproof by itself, so not really suitable for use by itself.

I found the top itchy - I have bought 2 - but will not wear the second until the first one has been washed

A known make that provides exactly what the makers say it does ie warmth, flexibility and hard wearing

Good sweat wicking properties. Does not smell even after hard exercise. A bit rough on the skin.

Soft and easy to wash on 30 degree cycle - use liquid for wool though and dry flat
Excellent for everyday wear in a cold winter as well as for outdoor leisure wear.
