Snow Boots
Whether it is after a long day skiing or a walk down to your post box, keeping your feet warm and dry in snowy conditions is of the utmost importance and snow boots are the only way to go. Snow boots are becoming an increasingly popular choice of winter footwear and are suitable for everyday wear as well as for use on ski fields.
When it comes to snow boots there is a difference between waterproof snow boots, snow proof and highly waterproof or water-resistant, you don’t want to find yourself with wet feet! The term snow proof refers to material that has some level of water resistance; this means that snow should not penetrate the fabric; however it will not offer protection from rain or very slushy conditions where water may seep in. Choosing the snow boot appropriate for your needs is important as snow boots vary in their waterproof capabilities and the capabilities of the outsole in icy conditions. To ensure you choose the right pair of

A highly water proof snow boot will include an ISODRY liner to make the bottom of the boot impenetrable to keep you feet dry when out in the snow for longer periods of time. The upper material of the boot will be made from water resistant material making it snow proof. A highly waterproof pair of snow boots is suitable for days out in moderate levels of snow.
Après Snow Boots
The Mountain Warehouse range of après snow boots is unbeatable for warmth and comfort. They have a water-resistant upper making them snow proof, however in slushy wet conditions après boots may allow water to seep to in as they do not have an impenetrable lining.
Outsoles for Grip
