Returns
Refunds and returns
In light of recent government announcements, we have extended our refund policy by an additional 60 days. Any purchases made online or in store since 1st October 2020, you will be able to return these to us up to the 31st March 2021.
We are sorry you cannot return in store purchases through our warehouse.
For online purchases you can send your return to our warehouse. Please wait 21 days following your return being sent before contacting us. When we receive your return, we will email you with an update.
If you can't find your Return form, please click here to print a blank form.
For online purchases they can be returned to store, or back to our warehouse through our easy returns process accompanied with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns must be:
- For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging and in an unworn/unopened condition. In the case of footwear, this means the item must not have been worn outside.
- Returns sent back to our warehouse without a completed Returns Form or that are not ‘as new’ will be refused.
- The returns portal will generate a returns label that you will need to apply to the outside of your parcel and take to your local post office
- Some locations incur a charge, this will be indicated based on your location, and you will be shown any charges and asked to complete payment before completing your return.
- If you believe your item to be faulty or incorrect, please contact customer service before completing the return.
- Returned within 60 days of order being placed.

RETOURS
Vous avez la possibilité de retourner un article dans une période de 30 jours suivant la réception de votre commande. Une fois ces 30 jours dépassés, nous ne serons pas en mesure d’accepter un retour, sauf si l’article est défectueux.

Pour tout retour, les conditions ci-dessous doivent être remplies.
- Pour tout retour, le produit doit être dans son emballage d'origine, ne doit pas être porté / pas ouvert. Dans le cas des chaussures, cela signifie que le produit ne doit pas avoir été porté à l'extérieur.
- Les retours envoyés à notre entrepôt sans le formulaire dûment rempli ou n’étant pas «comme neufs» seront refusés.
- Le portail de retours créera une étiquette prépayée GRATUITE que vous devrez coller à l’extérieur du colis avant de le présenter dans votre point relais local.
- Si vous estimez que votre article est défectueux ou incorrect, nous vous invitons à contacter notre service client avant de procéder au retour.

Condizioni

DEVOLUCIONES
Si desea devolver un artículo, el plazo de devoluciones es de 30 días a partir de la fecha de recepción del mismo. Después de ese periodo, no podemos aceptar devoluciones a no ser que el producto sea defectuoso.
Puede devolver un artículo comprado online directamente a nuestro almacén a través del siguiente enlace de devoluciones. Por favor, rellene el documento de devoluciones que viene en la hoja de pedidos y póngalo dentro del paquete.
How do I return my item?

8. Devuelva el artículo mediante el método que haya elegido y llévelo el artículo a devolver al punto de entrega que más le convenga
9. El proceso de reembolso y/o devolución puede tardar hasta 14 días laborales desde la recepción del mismo.
Conditions
- Todas las devoluciones deben ser enviadas en su embalaje original y en buenas condiciones. Por motivos de higiene, el calzado no debe haber sido usado.
- Las devoluciones enviadas a nuestro almacén sin el formulario debidamente cumplimentado o en malas condiciones serán rechazadas.
- El portal de devoluciones generará una etiqueta de devolución que deberá colocarse en el exterior del paquete y llevarlo al punto de entrega más cercano.
- Algunos lugares tienen un cargo extra que se establecerá en función de su ubicación y lo verá antes de completar su devolución.
- Si cree que el artículo tiene algún defecto o es incorrecto, le rogamos que se ponga en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente antes de completar y registrar su devolución.

Warenrückgabe
Wenn Sie einen Artikel zurückgeben/umtauschen möchten, können Sie dies innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware tun. Nach 30 Tagen Rückgabeoption ist es uns leider nicht mehr möglich die Ware anzunehmen, es sei denn das Produkt weist einen Mangel auf.

Wichtige Informationen
- Im Falle einer Rückgabe muss der Artikel originalverpackt, sowie in ungetragenem/ungeöffnetem Zustand sein. Schuhwerk darf daher nicht im Freien getragen werden.
- Rücksendungen mit einem nicht vollständig ausgefülltem Rücksendeformular/Lieferschein oder die nicht als neu/ungetragen betrachtet werden, müssen leider zurückgewiesen werden.
- Das Retouren-Portal wird Ihnen ein Etikett erstellen, dass Sie auf die Außenseite vom Paket anbringen müssen. Das Paket kann dann bei Ihrem nächstliegendem Postamt abgegeben werden.
- Für einige Orte fällt eine Gebühr an, diese bezieht sich auf Ihren Standort. Ihnen werden jegliche anfallenden Gebühren im Vorhinein angezeigt und Sie müssen die Zahlung vervollständigen, bevor Sie mit den Retourenvorgang abschließen können.
- Falls Sie glauben Ihr Produkt weist einen Mangel auf oder er wurde Ihnen der falsche Artikel zugesendet, kontaktieren Sie bitte vor einer Rücksendung unseren Kundenservice.
