Returns

If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be:

  • For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging and in an unworn/unopened condition. In the case of footwear, this means the item must not have been worn outside.
  • Returns sent back to our warehouse without a completed Returns Form or that are not ‘as new’ will be refused.
  • The returns portal will generate a returns label that you will need to apply to the outside of your parcel and take to your local post office
  • Some locations incur a charge, this will be indicated based on your location, and you will be shown any charges and asked to complete payment before completing your return.
  • If you believe your item to be faulty or incorrect please contact customer service before completing the return.

Items bought on or after the 1st October are eligible to be returned or exchanged up until the 30th January 2019.
