Refunds and returns

In light of recent government announcements, we have extended our refund policy by an additional 60 days. Any purchases made online or in store since 1st October 2020, you will be able to return these to us up to the 31st March 2021.

We are sorry you cannot return in store purchases through our warehouse.

For online purchases you can send your return to our warehouse. Please wait 21 days following your return being sent before contacting us. When we receive your return, we will email you with an update.

  If you can't find your Return form, please click here to print a blank form.

For online purchases they can be returned to store, or back to our warehouse through our easy returns process accompanied with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be:

  • For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging and in an unworn/unopened condition. In the case of footwear, this means the item must not have been worn outside.
  • Returns sent back to our warehouse without a completed Returns Form or that are not ‘as new’ will be refused.
  • The returns portal will generate a returns label that you will need to apply to the outside of your parcel and take to your local post office
  • Some locations incur a charge, this will be indicated based on your location, and you will be shown any charges and asked to complete payment before completing your return.
  • If you believe your item to be faulty or incorrect, please contact customer service before completing the return.
  • Returned within 60 days of order being placed.
