• FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders over £25

• £3.95 UK Standard Delivery on orders under £25

• £5.95 UK Express Delivery - order before 2pm

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail

UK RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• Returns are priced at £2.95, deductible from the refundable amount

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear contents have been opened/hygiene seal has been broken

Return method:

• To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

• You can download the returns slip here.

• Bring your item to any post office or Royal Mail drop-off point and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

• Please note that items sold by Larsson & Co cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

Terms & Conditions:

All Larsson & Co’s products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.

We also offer a 3-Year Waterproof Guarantee on selected products. This is indicated on the product description or the item tag and gives you a three-year peace of mind on waterproofing.

All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
