Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form.
Bring your item to any Drop off point as detailed on your return note, e.g. Evri, Collect+, Post office etc and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

Please note that damages caused by improper use or negligence may not be covered under the warranty. Risk of Damage: Improper use, such as drying the product in a hot dryer, can lead to damage. Such damages are typically not covered under the warranty.
