• FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days

• Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on official holidays will be processed the next working day

UK Return & Refund Policy

• Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt

• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

• Returns are free

• For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team

Return method:

• To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

• Bring your item to any Royal Mail Post office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

• To find your local drop off point visit https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you/post-office Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

• Please note that items sold by Everything Swim cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.

All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
