Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery
Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or human error is not covered.
Returns are processed on a per-order basis. If returning multiple orders, please send them separately to avoid delays

Once we have received and reviewed your return request and submitted form, we will assess whether the return is eligible in accordance with our Returns Policy. If approved, we will arrange a free collection service and process the refund. Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 working days, depending on your original payment method and bank processing times.
For returns that are not deemed faulty or damaged, a collection fee may apply. Alternatively, you may choose to return the item to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice, to the warehouse address provided.
For returns due to faulty, damaged or wrong products, customers must submit full details and supporting evidence via the online return form
For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind), customers are responsible for return postage costs
Items must be securely packed and returned using a tracked postal or courier service
Returned items are inspected upon receipt; items showing signs of abuse or misuse may be rejected
Refunds will only be processed once the return has been approved and received
Items sold by Livingandhome cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
