Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.

We stand behind all of our gear, if your V3 Apparel products develop a manufacturing defect, we will repair or refund any items within 12 months of the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect or improper care.
To report a defect and receive a replacement or full refund of your product, please contact Mountain Warehouse’s Customer Care who will review the fault with you and offer a replacement or full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
