The Tow Woggle has been designed for those needing more confidence in the water. The Woggle acts as a traditional swimming noodle and can be easily deflated for efficient storage. The Tow Woggle can be easily leant over in the water making it easier to rest on, when needed. As water confidence increases the woggle can be towed behind the swimmer on a short leash attached to a waist belt.
