  • Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt

  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

  • Exchanges are completely free, and for returns, a small fee of £3.55 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

  • Select the item you would like to return. Click the Request Return button.

  • You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been submitted. Our team will review your request and generate a return label if your request meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.

  • If your return is approved, a Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping cost of £3.55 will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.

  • A return shipping label and QR code will be sent to you via email.

  • Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.

  • Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged

  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

  • Please note that items sold by Ammonite cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
