UK Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt

  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition

  • Returns are free

  • Footwear must be returned in its original box

  • Swimwear must be unworn, with the hygiene strip in place

Return method:

  • To return your order, visit TOG24’s returns portal at: https://tog24returns.mp-returns.com

  • The portal will present the following options for return: Drop off at TOG24 Retail Store (exc Stockists), Drop off at Post Office or Collection from Home.

  • Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form

  • Bring your item to a suitable drop off point as shown in the returns portal and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

  • Please note that items sold by TOG24 cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
